Product

Coffee is sold in bean form to guarantee 100% authenticity. Please specify at checkout if you would like ground coffee.

Shipping

Will be processed after payment is confirmed effective. If confirmed before 13:00 processed on the same day, other than that it will be processed the next day.

Damage to shipping packaging during the shipping process is not our responsibility.

Damage to the shipping packaging during the shipping process, which results in damage to the product packaging and/or damage to the product, is not our responsibility.

Complaint

Only responsible for damaged or incorrect products, outside of these provisions will not be served.

Notification (Contact via Email or Message, Mention Order Number) must be made within 1×24 hours after the product is received, outside of these provisions will not be served.

It is mandatory to include a complete unboxing video recording that is recorded simultaneously without interruption (recording when opening the shipping packaging from the shipping address label to the purchased product and/or recording when opening the product packaging), outside of these provisions will not be served.

If the complaint is due to our error, we will replace the product with the exact same product ordered or an equivalent product if unavailable, and ship it to the shipping address provided when ordering. We will cover all costs incurred.

We have chosen a no refund and no product return policy.
